This listing is for an AP reference 14544sa. This piece is extremely rare as AP only produced 20 examples in the world. All 20 were sold in the year 1991 according to Audemars archive.
The case is the classic royal oak case in a 36 mm size which is extremely comfortable on any wrist. The watch is in two-tone (stainless steel and yellow gold). The dial is a beautiful champagne/lemon/yellow dial with factory diamond markers. The basil is a factory diamond bezel.
This example comes with a Japanese service card from AP dated in 2011. This indicates that the owner of this piece at the time sent it in for a factory service in 2011, which is good because AP effectively confirmed this piece came through their hands.
This piece is in great preowned condition. Expect to see hairlines throughout the case but the where is minimal considering the age. We wouldn’t polish it or touch it.
