While you wait

• Don't polish it. An unpolished case carries a real premium, and a polish can't be undone.
• Don't service it yet. Wait for the offer. Often the work wouldn't change the number, and a service that includes a polish can cost you money.
• Look for the box and papers. Worth ten minutes in a drawer.
