Return/Refund Policy

All sales are final. However, if an item arrives not as described, grossly misstated, or not in working order, you shall be entitled to return said item for a full refund, at the discretion of NW Timepieces, not to be unreasonably withheld. All returns must be requested no later than three (3) calendar days after receipt of the item, and the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee and forfeiture of reimbursement of any shipping or customs costs incurred by NW Timepieces.
